Refund policy

1. Scope of this Policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Spiritual Luxe Wear (“SLW”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via www.spiritualluxewear.com and any other official SLW sales channels, unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, in addition to our Terms of Use.

2. Standard Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

  • Returns requested after 14 days are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New and unused: Not worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Original condition: Free of marks, stains, odors, pet hair, and any signs of wear (including stretching).

  • Tags and packaging: All original tags, labels, hygiene liners (if any), and packaging must be attached and intact.

  • Proof of purchase: Valid order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip from Spiritual Luxe Wear.

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense or refused, at our sole discretion.

4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except where required by law or in the case of confirmed defects:

  • Intimates, underwear, bodysuits, or similar close-to-body garments.

  • Swimwear without intact hygiene liners or tags.

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout or on the product page.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

5. Refund Types

Approved returns are processed as follows:

  • Original form of payment: For eligible items returned within the 30-day window.

  • Store credit: Where selected by you during the return process or where a refund to the original payment method is not possible (for example, expired cards, certain gift orders, or other payment limitations).

Shipping charges paid on the original order (including expedited or international shipping) are not refundable, except where required by law or where SLW is at fault (see Section 8).

6. Return Shipping and Fees

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for returns due to our error or defective merchandise.

  • Where we offer a prepaid return label, a flat fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed in the return portal or instructions at the time you generate the label.

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded.

If you choose to use your own carrier, you are responsible for ensuring the package is trackable and adequately insured. Risk of loss passes to us only when we receive the returned items at our designated returns facility.

7. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us at hello@spiritualluxewear.com within a reasonable time after delivery (ideally within 7 days of receipt).

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and issue.

Once the issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item with the same style and size (subject to availability),

  • Offer a comparable item,

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method, or

  • Provide store credit.

In such cases, reasonable return shipping costs (or a prepaid label) will be covered by SLW.

This section does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request through our designated return portal or by following the instructions provided in your order confirmation or on our website.

  2. Wait for confirmation and any applicable return authorization or label.

  3. Pack the items securely, including all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

  4. Ship the package using the provided label or your chosen trackable carrier, within the time stated in your return authorization.

Returns shipped without authorization or outside the specified window may be refused or significantly delayed.


9. Inspection and Processing Time

  • All returned items undergo inspection upon arrival at our facility.

  • If approved, refunds or store credits are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive your return.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If a return is rejected due to condition or non-compliance with this Policy, we may return the item to you at your expense and no refund or credit will be issued.

10. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items to us are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid at checkout or on delivery are generally non-refundable. You may need to contact your local customs office for any potential recovery of such amounts.

11. Price Adjustments

Unless expressly stated otherwise on our site:

  • We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or partial refunds for items purchased before a promotion or price change.

12. Abusive or Excessive Returns

To protect the integrity of our offerings and keep inventory available for genuine customers, SLW reserves the right to:

  • Limit or refuse returns from customers who exhibit patterns of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive returns; and/or

  • Close or restrict accounts associated with such behavior.

These decisions are made at SLW’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update or modify this Refunds and Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on www.spiritualluxewear.com with an updated “Last updated” date.

For orders placed before a policy change, the version of the Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that order, unless otherwise required by law.
